Short answer
There isn't one scholarship portal. Medical and health scholarships at home come with your MECEE-BL rank from the Medical Education Commission. Foreign governments' scholarships, such as those from China, India, Bangladesh and Japan, are announced by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, or by the Medical Education Commission for medicine. Provinces and universities run their own schemes for local students. Watch each body's notices, because windows are short and announced separately.

Common problems
How do I get an MBBS scholarship in Nepal?
By rank in the MECEE-BL entrance. About 691 MBBS seats were scholarship seats in a recent year, plus reserved seats. Scholarship doctors are required to serve in government health facilities, usually for two years.
Where are study abroad scholarships announced?
On the Ministry of Education's website for most foreign government offers, and on the Medical Education Commission's scholarship page for MBBS and BDS abroad. Some, like Japan's MEXT scholarship, are also announced by the embassy.
Someone is charging a fee to "process" a government scholarship.
Government scholarship applications don't go through agents. Apply directly to the body named in the official notice.
Are there scholarships for children of migrant workers?
Yes. The Foreign Employment Board runs scholarships for children of workers who died or were seriously injured abroad.
