Common problems
The ambulance isn't coming.
Many hospitals and organisations run their own ambulances. Save the number of your nearest hospital's ambulance service too.
Is calling free?
Yes. Ncell lists 100, 101, 102 and 103 as free to call.
Someone is being abused at home.
Call 100 in an emergency. The 1145 helpline gives support and referrals to survivors of gender-based violence, and 1098 is for children at risk.
I've been scammed online.
That's not usually an emergency call. Report it at a police station or to the Cyber Bureau. See the page on what to do after an online scam.
